This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all company products and solutions within the initial 90 days.
• Target and engage prospective dealerships within the designated territory.
• Conduct thorough prospect research and discovery processes.
• Facilitate virtual presentations (75% of the time).
• Deliver face-to-face sales presentations (25% of the time).
• Collaborate closely and build strong relationships with OEM regional field representatives.
• Accurately calculate client budgets and prepare contract proposals for submission.
• Develop and execute a business plan aimed at maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Achieve or surpass assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue sales quotas.
• Establish and manage client expectations effectively.
• Engage in continuing education calls and/or meetings regarding products and services.
• Stay informed about the automotive industry, market trends, and events.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently.
• Commit to maintaining and upholding all internal processes and procedures.
• Proactively seek ways to enhance tasks and contribute to company objectives.
• Thrive in high-pressure environments.
• Exhibit attention to detail, punctuality, and a professional demeanor.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional retail sales experience in automotive marketing, agency account management, or OEM operations is required.
• Demonstrated success in growing accounts and acquiring new business is essential.
• Sales acumen and a proven track record: ability to identify business opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and confidently present to executive-level stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; must be able to command a room and clearly articulate complex strategies.
• Willingness to travel monthly throughout the Southwestern-West region for client meetings and relationship building is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is essential; the ability to create persuasive presentations and analyze complex data sets is non-negotiable.
• Competitive compensation package featuring a base salary range of $75K-$85K, based on experience.
