• You will promote a PIAM platform (Physical Identity & Access Management) as a SaaS offering, situated at the convergence of IT and physical security.
• You will collaborate with large and medium-sized enterprises.
• You will gain a comprehensive understanding of your customers' challenges, cultivate robust customer relationships, and position ID-ware as a scalable, long-term solution.
• You will oversee the complete sales cycle, from the initial conversation to contract signing, with support from a knowledgeable team of presales, delivery, and product specialists.
• You will focus on acquiring new customers and driving business development.
• You will manage RFPs and complex deals in a structured manner.
• You will engage in strategic account development.
• You will analyze requirements in the realms of IT security, identity, and compliance.
• You will closely coordinate with presales, delivery, and product management teams.
• Demonstrated experience in software or solution sales, preferably within IT security or SaaS.
• Strong solution-selling mindset: you comprehend complex customer needs and present the appropriate platform.
• Experience in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders (CIO, CISO, IT architects, security officers).
• Confident demeanor and robust negotiation abilities, including at the C-level and in intricate procurement processes.
• Native or business-fluent German along with proficient English skills.
• An IT background and a genuine interest in technology, identity management, and cybersecurity.
• Preferred: a proven track record in PIAM, physical security, or Identity & Access Management sales.
