This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Meet and exceed sales targets within your designated territory.
• Develop and showcase CAD visuals (full training will be provided).
• Manage the market and fulfill sales pipeline/productivity metrics in accordance with the Company's sales code.
• Identify consumer leads and sales opportunities through B2B2C channels and consumer networks.
• Stay informed as a product and solutions expert.
• Deliver a premium customer experience by attending all relevant installations.
• Collaborate with various business functions to provide Total Wellness Solutions.
• Work with finance to ensure proactive customer credit collection.
• Manage CRM and quotation tools, maintaining clean and current market data.
• Conduct weekly pipeline management reviews to optimize conversion rates (refuse to lose) and provide accurate forecasts.
• Research and report on market, segment, and territory trends.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales as a Sales Account Manager or similar role.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Sports & Exercise Science, or a related field – desirable but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions.
• Strong consultative selling approach and negotiation skills.
• Resilient prospector and business developer.
• Knowledge of fitness products and their physiological benefits.
• Extensive experience with CRM software (Salesforce knowledge is a plus).
• Proficiency in social media, IT, and digital skills.
• Exceptional listening, communication, and presentation skills.
• Driven by results with a 'Refuse to lose' mentality.
• Enthusiastic and optimistic.
