This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Introducing and positioning new products to customers.
• Implementing business strategies and driving sales for sustainable growth.
• Collaborating directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Building and nurturing customer relationships through daily communications regarding pricing and product availability.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year university or college.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Understanding of the food business industry dynamics or retail channels.
• Experience with customer-centric and data-driven selling, including familiarity with IRI, Nielsen, and Perishable Group data.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of organizational planning and adaptability.
• Respectful, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
