This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the business relationships with both existing and potential Direct Accounts in the Catalysis sector.
• Achieve annual and quarterly financial objectives that align with the Company's budgetary goals.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with clients.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for customers and products.
• Assist in the coordination and support of new product launches for customers.
• Actively engage in the innovation product portfolio in accordance with the Company’s ambitions and objectives.
• Manage the Opportunity Pipeline using the CRM customer management system.
• Responsible for implementing pricing strategies, addressing customer complaints, and aiding in credit control inquiries.
• Engage in the monthly forecasting process.
• Drive business growth in line with the company's strategic vision and objectives.
• Attend and represent the organization at industry conferences and exhibitions.
• Travel to customer locations and events as necessary.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Chemistry is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales, Technical Sales, or Business Development, ideally within the Chemicals, Energy, or Defense sectors.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
