This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Exceptional lead generation abilities to identify and secure new opportunities.
• Take charge of the complete sales and upsell cycle, from prospecting to closing, for both new and existing arketa clients.
• Achieve and surpass quarterly sales goals.
• Ensure precise pipeline management with advanced forecasting skills.
• Conduct outbound sales initiatives with excellence, fearlessness, and enthusiasm through various channels including email, social media, cold calling, gifting, and in-person meetings.
• Comprehend customer needs and requirements effectively.
• Possess strong product demonstration capabilities to illustrate how arketa technology adds value to potential clients and their specific use cases.
• Regularly communicate anticipated deal flow and contract terms to the internal team to guarantee a smooth onboarding experience for customers.
• Serve as a distinguished representative of arketa, both within the company and in external engagements.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow sellers within the organization.
• A minimum of 3 years of technology sales experience, preferably in the SMB SaaS sector. Familiarity with a preferred sales methodology (such as Sandler) is essential.
• Ideally, experience in selling to restaurants, fitness studios, or small enterprises.
• Strong ability to manage multiple emails, phone calls, social media interactions, and other communications.
• Flourish in a dynamic, diverse, and highly collaborative team atmosphere.
• Possess a thorough understanding of outbound selling and prospecting techniques.
• Demonstrate a relationship-driven sales approach with a proven history of exceeding quotas and achieving sales success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Show genuine passion for our mission and the positive impact arketa can have on our clients.
• Be resourceful, scrappy, and a creative problem solver in identifying customer business needs and understanding how arketa fits into the broader context.
• Familiarity with HubSpot for tracking and forecasting sales pipelines is a plus; willingness to learn if not already known.
• Experience selling to fitness studios is a significant advantage.
• BA/BS degree is preferred; must be authorized to work in the U.S.
