This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities by promptly and effectively responding to inbound leads.
• Assess each lead thoroughly to evaluate fit and potential value.
• Actively prospect and engage with cold leads to spark interest.
• Perform detailed research on target accounts to pinpoint key decision-makers.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships grounded in trust.
• Present and demonstrate the features of our cutting-edge AI Service Management solution effectively.
• Customize messaging to align with the interests of varied stakeholders.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle aiming to meet or exceed a sales target of $1.3 million.
• Maintain continuous communication and relationship management.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of successfully closing deals valued at $150,000 or more.
• Demonstrated capability to manage complex sales cycles.
• A collaborative, competitive team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience selling CRM SaaS solutions is highly desirable.
