This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with essential healthcare organizations, oncologists, and other pertinent stakeholders. Grasp their requirements, challenges, and objectives.

• Formulate and implement a thorough sales strategy aimed at driving revenue growth and meeting sales objectives. Pinpoint new opportunities for product adoption and expansion.

• Comprehend our AI-driven medical tests, their applications, and the value they provide to healthcare practitioners and patients. Be capable of effectively conveying this information to clients.

• Remain informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics. Leverage this insight to effectively position our solutions.

• Collaborate closely with our Marketing team to synchronize sales initiatives with product launches and marketing campaigns.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the advantages of our personalized therapy solutions.

• Lead negotiations, address objections, and finalize sales agreements. Ensure that contracts and agreements are executed efficiently.

• Keep accurate and current records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using a Client Relationship Management system.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (science, business, etc.).

• Demonstrated success in healthcare or medical sales, ideally within the pharmaceutical or AI healthcare industries.

• Strong knowledge of the healthcare sector, including familiarity with cancer diagnostic tests and/or treatments.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings as necessary.

• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

• 5-8 years of relevant sales experience in Oncology/Urology (strongly preferred).
