SailPoint Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design scalable and secure onboarding solutions for enterprise applications utilizing SailPoint ISC.

• Establish integration patterns and connector strategies (e.g., direct connectors, RESTful APIs, JDBC, file feeds).

• Spearhead the development of role-based access control (RBAC) frameworks and entitlement models.

• Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle: planning, development, integration, testing, and production deployment.

• Configure and tailor SailPoint workflows, access profiles, identity attributes, and lifecycle events.

• Ensure adherence to audit and security standards including SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA.

• Collaborate with business units, application teams, and security leadership to gather requirements and synchronize onboarding initiatives.

• Offer technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and support teams.

• Keep comprehensive documentation of architecture, integration processes, and configuration choices.

• Create reports and dashboards to track onboarding progress and access certification campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or IdentityIQ.

• Demonstrated success in onboarding applications into SailPoint platforms, including disconnected and intricate systems.

• In-depth understanding of IAM principles: provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, RBAC, SOD rules.

• Proficient in integration protocols and tools: REST APIs, LDAP, AD, SAML, OAuth, JDBC.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, Workday).
