Safety Project – Emotional Distress Clinical Specialist, Role-Play & Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate role-play sessions as a clinically knowledgeable persona through multi-turn dialogues.

• Assess AI responses for safety, empathy, clinical suitability, and management of risk.

• Deliver structured written feedback based on clinical reasoning.

• Identify responses that overlook risk indicators, provide unsafe advice, or do not adhere to best-practice crisis communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Individuals must be licensed or formally trained in psychiatry, clinical psychology, counseling psychology, psychiatric nursing, or related mental health disciplines.

• Previous experience in suicide prevention, crisis intervention, or risk assessment is highly regarded.
