Safety Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Safety Manager will be responsible for implementing the Bradley Safety program at wind and solar project locations.

• Ensure a secure work environment for team members, contractors, and visitors.

• Support the project management team in crafting and executing site-specific safety programs and Emergency Action Plans.

• Provide advice, coordination, and conduct safety orientation and training programs at the project level.

• Analyze leading and trailing indicator data/document collection and trend analyses for the project.

• Manage BCM (BIM), BV (Qesis), and Developer Safety Audit Programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health is preferred, or equivalent experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in the Renewable sector (Wind, Solar, Battery) is required.

• A strong understanding of NEC is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.

• Must possess OSHA 500/First Aid/CPR certification or be able to obtain it within a short timeframe.
