This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Foster a robust operational framework for your teams.
• Oversee the team's approach to complex, sensitive, and/or urgent matters.
• Enhance performance among ambassadors, team members, and the overall service.
• Develop and nurture a diverse and engaged team.
• Assist in strategic initiatives related to service delivery and your department.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in a customer service or operations capacity.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing, coaching, and developing large customer-oriented teams.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance team performance.
• Experience in allocating resources to handle real-time crisis situations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and be available on-call.
