This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Cultivate and establish relationships with clients to create HSE consulting opportunities
• Provide support and assistance with industrial hygiene and safety consulting tasks
• Maintain online safety and prequalification databases
• Coordinate the preparation of client prequalification packages and safety performance evaluations
• Oversee quarterly random drug screening and annual motor vehicle report programs
• Develop and manage the Hargrove Driving Violation tracking program
• Conduct quarterly Job Hazard Analysis audits and produce reports
• Perform and oversee monthly mobile office inspections
• Identify and manage applications for Safety Awards
• Direct the Teammate Training Program focused on safety
• Administer the client site orientation program
• Support the Hargrove subcontractor qualification program
• Maintain H2S monitors, including calibration and the replacement of calibration gas cylinders
• Assist the Corporate Safety Leader with scheduling site visits and conduct visits to enhance safety initiatives
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly Safety Meetings
• Document and disseminate SLT meeting notes, leading SLT meetings as necessary
• Support proposal development efforts
• Manage travel arrangements for the safety team and prepare for conferences/seminars
• Create and deliver training presentations and safety discussions on loss prevention topics
• Adhere to department standards and maintain essential HSE documentation and reports
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field from an accredited institution is required
• At least 5 years of pertinent experience in industrial safety, risk management, and/or industrial hygiene
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations
• Solid understanding of industrial hygiene and safety principles and practices
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Capacity to efficiently and effectively manage multiple tasks and/or projects
• Ability to execute HSE project work, perform required activities, maintain documentation, and generate insightful reports
• Competence to collaborate within a small team to fulfill commitments
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written presentation and communication skills
• Capability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
