This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Develop, maintain, and assess an environmental, health, and safety program.
β’ Perform regular safety audits alongside site personnel.
β’ Support Supervisors and team members during safety discussions.
β’ Assess, identify, and ensure adherence to EHS procedures and regulations.
β’ Establish a trend analysis process to direct safety goals.
β’ Effectively communicate with both field personnel and management.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in industrial safety, industrial hygiene, or a related field preferred.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in EHS.
β’ Proficient in Spanish.
β’ Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and compliance requirements at the Federal, State, and local levels.
β’ Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
β’ Valid driver's license with a clean record.
