This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of the measurement layer for our entire organization.
• Collaborate across Salesforce and QuickBooks to establish a cohesive and consistently updated view of company performance.
• Develop and sustain our SaaS metrics framework — including ARR waterfall, cohort retention analysis, revenue recognition schedules, deferred revenue tracking, and unit economics segmented by category.
• Reconcile bookings data from Salesforce with revenue entries in QuickBooks to ensure a single source of truth between both systems.
• Generate monthly and quarterly financial and revenue reports for leadership, incorporating variance analysis against planned figures.
• Create models for various scenarios such as pricing adjustments, product bundling, geographic expansion, and headcount investments.
• Monitor the health of the pipeline and convert pipeline data into revenue forecasts with clearly documented assumptions.
• Maintain data integrity between our CRM and accounting systems, identifying discrepancies before they escalate.
• Assist in board-level and investor-level reporting with accurate and defensible metrics.
• A minimum of three years of experience in SaaS financial analysis, revenue operations, or FP&A within a B2B software company.
• Highly proficient in Salesforce — not merely as a user, but as someone who comprehends opportunity objects, product schedules, contract structures, and reporting at a data-centric level.
• Similarly proficient in QuickBooks Online, including chart of accounts design, revenue categorization, journal entries, and reconciliation processes.
• Knowledgeable about ASC 606 revenue recognition principles and their application to a multi-product SaaS business with annual and multi-year contracts.
• Capable of constructing financial models from the ground up in Excel or Google Sheets — based on logic, not templates.
• Able to think in terms of cohorts rather than just aggregate totals.
• Understand the distinctions between bookings, billings, and revenue, and articulate the significance of each.
• Detail-oriented, critical of your own figures, and meticulous about data integrity.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or native Salesforce quoting and contract management preferred.
• Experience in investor or board reporting at a growth-stage company preferred.
• Exposure to Marketo or HubSpot data in relation to CAC and attribution modeling preferred.
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Flexible working hours and remote work options.
• Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
• Engaging and collaborative work environment.
