SaaS Revenue and Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the measurement layer for our entire organization.

• Collaborate with Salesforce and QuickBooks to create a cohesive overview of company performance.

• Develop and manage our SaaS metrics infrastructure.

• Reconcile Salesforce bookings data with QuickBooks revenue entries.

• Generate monthly and quarterly financial and revenue reports for leadership.

• Create models for pricing adjustments, product bundling, geographic expansion, and headcount investments.

• Monitor the health of the pipeline and convert pipeline data into revenue forecasts.

• Ensure data integrity between our CRM and accounting systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over three years of experience in SaaS financial analysis, revenue operations, or FP&A within a B2B software environment.

• Highly proficient in Salesforce.

• Equally skilled in QuickBooks Online.

• Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.

• Ability to construct financial models from the ground up using Excel or Google Sheets.

• Think in terms of cohorts rather than just aggregate totals.

• Comprehend the distinctions between bookings, billings, and revenue.

• Detail-oriented, self-critical regarding your own numbers, and committed to data integrity.

• Preferred: Experience in a company that balances subscription revenue with professional services.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ or native Salesforce quoting and contract objects.

• Preferred: Experience with investor or board reporting in a growth-stage company.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Marketo or HubSpot data as it pertains to CAC and attribution modeling.
