
SaaS Product Implementation Program Manager – Public Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee and direct intricate, multi-year SaaS deployment projects for Federal clients.
• Guarantee timely and high-quality execution of programs throughout planning, delivery, and customer success stages.
• Implement structured and repeatable program methodologies specifically designed for defense and aerospace projects.
• Serve as a vital liaison with Federal client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their program execution frameworks.
• Cultivate robust, trust-based relationships with clients, particularly in high-security and compliance-focused environments.
• Lead cross-functional internal and client-facing teams with an emphasis on precise delivery and accountability.
• Oversee program budgets, risks, and performance KPIs, ensuring transparent communication and escalation when necessary.
• Promote continuous improvement and conduct post-implementation reviews to enhance future delivery cycles.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of experience in program or project management, particularly within the public sector or government contracting.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple complex projects effectively.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing a data-driven approach for decision-making.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile or Scrum.
• Experience with contract management or procurement processes is highly desirable.
• Capability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and project activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate peer-to-peer relationships with client counterparts.
• Familiarity with SaaS, Microsoft technologies, and Cloud services.
