SaaS Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Manage SaaS platforms, including user administration, security settings, permission allocations, workflows, and integrations.

• Actively assess new features of SaaS and conduct pilot programs and adoption initiatives.

• Analyze and present data on adoption rates and usage patterns across collaboration tools.

• Discover opportunities to utilize AI, automation, and integrations for enhanced collaborative efforts.

• Diagnose and address incidents related to SaaS, while documenting best practices for future reference.

• Provide documentation, training, and communication initiatives to enhance user empowerment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in managing enterprise SaaS platforms (such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox).

• Proficient in automation and scripting languages (including Python, Bash, PowerShell, and AWS Lambda).

• Knowledge of SaaS APIs, integration methods, and CI/CD pipeline processes.

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret usage data, assess adoption metrics, and evaluate the impact of features.

• Exceptional troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills across various functions.

• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively, ensuring clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proficient documentation skills, with a history of maintaining knowledge bases, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and onboarding materials.
