This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Lead the comprehensive implementation of enterprise software solutions, encompassing requirements definition, system configuration, testing, and go-live assistance.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the company’s low-code/no-code SaaS platform, providing guidance on optimal practices for configuration, integration, and enhancement.
• Oversee the design and execution of intricate software solutions that support Demand Side Management, Transportation Electrification, and various clean energy initiatives for utilities and grid operators.
• Function as the primary client-facing representative, directly interacting with stakeholders through workshops, working sessions, and on-site meetings to gather requirements and drive decision-making.
• Convert client business objectives, program requirements, and operational goals into scalable system architectures and implementation plans.
• Create and manage essential client-facing deliverables, such as gap analyses, use cases, and technical specifications.
• Configure and implement business logic, workflows, user interfaces, and data structures, collaborating with client technical teams for smooth integration.
• Identify and execute enhancements to increase system efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
• Offer ongoing advisory and post-launch support, fostering strong client relationships.
• Work collaboratively across departments with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to influence roadmap priorities.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for client engagement and solution design.
• Preferred advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or an MBA with a Technology Management concentration, with consideration for substantial relevant experience in lieu of formal education.
• Proven track record of leading client-facing software implementations, including conducting workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders.
• Extensive practical experience in day-to-day application development utilizing no-code/low-code platforms or web development tools.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in systems configuration, focusing on energy efficiency management systems.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript for configuring, customizing, or extending web-based applications; capability to read, write, and troubleshoot code as necessary to support implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and implement complex energy data solutions for clients.
