This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of regional revenue goals, profitability, and market share enhancement.

• Develop and implement a multi-year sales strategy that aligns with ambitious growth objectives.

• Personally lead and finalize strategic, high-value deals in the Enterprise and Telco sectors.

• Broaden the company's presence with complex enterprise clients and large-scale Telco accounts.

• Establish robust executive relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.

• Propel a disciplined, data-driven sales engine focusing on pipeline management, forecasting, and execution.

• Scale effective B2B, Managed Service Provider (MSP), and channel-led sales initiatives.

• Enhance win rates, forecasting accuracy, and sales productivity through systematic execution.

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to provide a cohesive enterprise go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

• Identify whitespace opportunities within evolving enterprise ecosystems and Telco markets.

• Build and lead a high-achieving regional sales organization.

• Cultivate strong frontline and second-line leaders, ensuring a clear succession pipeline.

• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and excellence in performance.

• Convert enterprise-level strategies into region-specific execution plans.

• Bring in-depth market intelligence concerning enterprise trends, Telco dynamics, competition, and customer requirements.

• Inspire innovation in approach, particularly in complex, multi-stakeholder sales scenarios.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in senior sales leadership roles within Telco and/or Enterprise sectors.

• Demonstrated success in scaling revenue and building high-performance teams.

• Proven achievements in complex B2B, MSP, and channel-driven sales environments.

• Experience in owning and executing comprehensive multi-year regional go-to-market strategies.
