This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Expand Coupa’s presence by leading a high-performing sales team to unlock significant business value for our clients.

• Advocate for the Challenger Sale model and utilize trillion-dollar community data to enhance regional spend management.

• Establish partnerships at the C-level and drive consistent revenue growth that directly increases customers' operating margins.

• Provide weekly sales updates, maintain Salesforce records, and create focused sales strategies for accounts, sub-regions, and verticals.

• Design and present executive sales proposals to C-level prospects, emphasizing Coupa’s strategic value proposition.

• Promote business value selling to assist team members in closing deals and penetrating key accounts.

• Aid in the development of localized content and competitive messaging to strengthen regional sales initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive and demonstrated experience in selling complex cloud/SaaS software, with a successful sales record.

• 5-10 years of experience in sales management and individual contribution, including a minimum of 3 years at the same organization, supported by references.

• Proven ability to meet direct sales targets while recruiting and managing a team of top sales professionals in the region.

• Proficient in identifying strategic customer pain points and crafting compelling value propositions that deliver significant business value to clients.

• Exceptional teamwork skills, collaborating across functions and regions, and adept at working across time zones using modern tools and technology.

• Customer-success-oriented, capable of coaching both sales talent and clients in pursuing high-value business opportunities, and confident in engaging with all organizational levels, including C-level executives.
