Rust Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

⛳️ Requirements

• A clear enthusiasm for coding. For you, programming is more than just a profession; it’s a true passion.

• Proven capability to work autonomously and remotely.

• Exceptional written English skills. Are you adept at naming variables, modules, functions, etc.? Your written communication skills are more crucial than verbal ones.

• Proficient in Rust.

• Experience with PostgreSQL, with a focus on optimization techniques.

• Nice to have: Experience with React front-ends in either JavaScript or TypeScript. Are you knowledgeable about various CSS options?

• Nice to have: Familiarity with ReScript (previously known as ReasonML).

• Optional yet valued: Experience in a consulting firm and client interactions.

• You have successfully launched live products, having taken the lead on significant features.

• Comfortable in startup environments where rapid changes are the norm.

• Experience in utilizing profiling tools to assess and enhance performance issues.

• Strong foundational knowledge in computer science.

• Ability to convert mock designs from Figma (or similar design tools) into functional code.
