Rust Engineer – AI Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop high-performance software solutions by producing secure, maintainable, and scalable code while integrating Artificial Intelligence capabilities.

• Design and build robust and scalable backend systems using Rust and Python.

• Create, maintain, and integrate APIs, microservices, and production services, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.

• Build and sustain high-performance systems for processing critical transactions and data.

• Integrate AI capabilities into production systems as required by use cases, including LLMs, RAG, and ML models.

• Collaborate with teams in Product, Technology, Risk, Marketing, and Operations to transform business needs into technical solutions.

• Analyze and work with data to support functionalities based on models.

• Assess and propose new technologies, frameworks, and backend architectures, distributed systems, cloud, and applied AI.

• Participate in code reviews, promoting standards of quality, security, and sustainable development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced students or graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Over 3 years of experience developing software in production environments.

• Strong experience in Rust and Python.

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design.

• Experience in API development, microservices, and distributed systems.

• Technical English proficiency.

• Experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and LLMs will be valued.

• Experience in developing LLM Agents (planning, reasoning, tool usage, memory) will be valued.

• Familiarity with modern agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or others) will be valued.

• Knowledge of vector databases and RAG architectures will be valued.

• Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow) will be valued.

• Familiarity with cloud architectures, preferably AWS, will be valued.
