This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

• Create and execute Voice AI and conversational customer-service experiences using Parloa.

• Connect Parloa to backend systems through REST APIs, JSON payloads, and OAuth2 authentication.

• Develop and set up use cases such as FAQs, customer verification, complaint management, troubleshooting, motor reset, and booking cancellation.

• Assist in functional testing, dialogue enhancement, issue resolution, and quality assurance.

• Incorporate GDPR, Responsible AI, security, and data-privacy standards throughout the solution lifecycle.

• Conduct knowledge transfer, training, and enablement sessions for both business and technical teams.

• Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and convert customer-service workflows into effective conversational designs.

• Hands-on experience in creating conversational AI, voicebots, chatbots, or virtual agents.

• Proficiency in API integration, especially REST, JSON, and OAuth2.

• Knowledge of Generative AI, prompt engineering, and LLM-based solution methodologies.

• Experience in dialogue design, intent modeling, and automating customer service.

• A systematic approach to testing, quality assurance, and ongoing dialogue enhancement.

• Understanding of Responsible AI, GDPR, information security, and data privacy protocols.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train both technical and business audiences.

• Familiarity with Parloa, Cognigy, or similar conversational AI platforms.

• Basic knowledge of TypeScript and/or Python.

• Experience linking AI agents to enterprise systems and customer-service processes.

• Awareness of AI orchestration, tool invocation, prompt management, and LLM-based architectures.

• Utilization: 50% (20 hours per week)

• Remote work available within the EU

• Contract duration extends until the end of December 2026, with a strong potential for extension
