
Ruby on Rails Engineer β Product, Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Manage and prioritize incoming requests from clients (via Jira, Slack, and phone calls)
β’ Analyze and resolve incidents throughout the entire stack (backend, frontend, integrations)
β’ Address production issues ranging from quick fixes to comprehensive root-cause investigations
β’ Collaborate with Product and Customer teams to comprehend and meet user requirements
β’ Independently implement minor enhancements and fixes
β’ Contribute to the enhancement of incident management and support procedures
β’ Take part in on-call rotations to ensure system reliability
β’ Offer technical insights regarding the feasibility and impact of client requests
β’ Over 5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails
β’ Extensive experience working with production systems
β’ Exceptional debugging and problem-solving abilities
β’ Capable of working across the stack (backend, integrations, basic infrastructure)
β’ Strong sense of ownership and effective communication skills
β’ Comfortable in a fast-paced, reactive work environment
β’ Preferred: Experience in support, maintenance, or similar roles
β’ Familiarity with monitoring tools (such as Datadog)
β’ Experience with AWS
β’ Significant impact on system stability and client experience
β’ High level of ownership and autonomy in decision-making
β’ Exposure to a diverse array of technical challenges
β’ Close collaboration with product and customer-facing teams
