This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage support tickets efficiently
β’ Analyze issues reported by customers or internal teams
β’ Resolve minor problems and escalate more complex issues to the development team
β’ Participate in occasional feature development and enhancements
β’ 1 to 3 years of experience with Ruby on Rails
β’ Proficient in reading logs, tracing issues, and conducting root cause analysis
β’ Knowledge of databases and background job systems (e.g., Resque)
β’ Familiarity with APIs and production environments
β’ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
