Ruby on Rails Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create straightforward and effective solutions, rather than merely producing maintainable code.

• Collaborate closely with team members and project stakeholders.

• Engage with a comprehensive set of requirements, sometimes directly with stakeholders.

• Participate in decisions related to product development.

• Assist non-technical founders in devising the optimal solution for their product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Ruby/Rails (3+ years).

• Proficient in unit testing.

• Strong understanding of SQL.

• Experience working with RESTful web services.

• Good command of HTML, CSS, and Modern JavaScript.

• Passionate about writing well-structured, testable, and efficient code.

• A minimum of Intermediate English proficiency is required.

• Ability to engage in proactive communication.
