This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and implement robust, secure, and scalable automation solutions utilizing UiPath and REFramework while adhering to industry best practices.

• Analyze business processes to pinpoint opportunities for automating manual, repetitive, and high-volume tasks.

• Create both attended and unattended automations using UiPath Studio, REFramework, and associated automation technologies.

• Develop automation solutions that enhance efficiency, minimize manual effort, and bolster operational consistency.

• Deploy, oversee, and sustain automations via UiPath Orchestrator, including queue management, scheduling, logging, and asset configuration.

• Utilize UiPath Automation Suite features to design enterprise-grade automations in both cloud and on-premises environments.

• Create and configure UiPath Autopilot experiences to facilitate AI-assisted workflows and user-guided automation.

• Implement Document Understanding solutions leveraging OCR, machine learning models, and intelligent document processing techniques.

• Support intelligent automation projects using AI Center and related automation technologies.

• Integrate UiPath solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, web services, and third-party platforms.

• Assist in end-to-end process automation across business-critical systems.

• Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot production-related issues.

• Diagnose automation failures, optimize workflows, and implement improvements.

• Maintain dependable and scalable automation solutions within production environments.

• Develop and sustain Solution Design Documents (SDDs), Process Definition Documents (PDDs), technical documentation, and operational runbooks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into automation solutions.

• Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Contribute to quality assurance efforts through testing, validation, peer reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in software development, automation engineering, or a related technical field.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in UiPath development.

• Experience in designing and deploying automation solutions using Agile methodologies.

• Proficient in object-oriented programming languages such as Python, C#, VB.NET, or similar.

• Familiarity with APIs, web services, data integration technologies, and database query languages.

• Understanding of UiPath Autopilot, AI Center, and intelligent automation capabilities.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to independently diagnose and resolve automation issues.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
