This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify and cultivate opportunities for workflow automation within Tower Operations, Field Services, New Asset Development, and Strategic Sales to minimize manual effort and enhance workflow efficiency.
• Design, create, and sustain effective Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions utilizing UiPath, Power Automate, and SharePoint in accordance with business objectives.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to assess repetitive, high-effort tasks and convert them into scalable RPA solutions.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI to illustrate process efficiency, automation performance, and operational influence.
• Ensure that automation workflows integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems, including ServiceNow, PMDB, and other operational platforms.
• Work alongside business analysts and IT to guarantee data integrity, workflow precision, and the scalability of automation pipelines.
• Facilitate the adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other Microsoft 365 tools through guided use cases and lightweight prototypes.
• Foster an AI-ready culture by documenting workflows, standardizing automation patterns, and pinpointing future use cases where AI can enhance existing processes.
• Encourage a continuous improvement culture by monitoring RPA workflows, collecting feedback, and refining performance to ensure lasting value and usability.
• Assist in developing internal training materials and support end-users in effectively utilizing automation tools.
• Stay informed about emerging AI technologies and suggest new tools or frameworks that align with operational needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience will be taken into account.
• Over 3 years of practical experience in workflow automation, process optimization, or operations technology support.
• Proven expertise in designing, developing, and deploying scalable automation solutions using RPA tools like UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.
• Strong familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint integrations.
• Demonstrated experience in mapping business workflows and translating them into automated processes with quantifiable impact.
• Understanding of process documentation, change management, and stakeholder collaboration in enterprise environments.
• Ability to work across functions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment and eager to learn new tools and platforms as automation capabilities progress.
• Interest in investigating AI-enhanced workflow tools (such as Microsoft Copilot) as part of future process improvement initiatives.
