This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver products to customers while promoting and selling additional items.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
• Strategically plan and execute daily route schedules.
• Load products at the warehouse on a daily basis and oversee inventory levels.
• Comply with safety standards, Fleet guidelines, and DOT regulations.
• Perform regular inspections of the company vehicle.
• Upload and communicate daily sales transactions utilizing handheld devices.
• Ensure retail locations adhere to planograms (POGs) and maintain product displays.
• Make end-of-day calls to the District Manager.
• High school diploma or GED (post-secondary education is preferred).
• Experience in Direct Sales Distribution (DSD).
• Valid driver's license and capability to operate a DOT-certified truck up to 16 feet in length.
• Clean driving record and the ability to pass and maintain a DOT Medical Physical and DOT Medical Card with a minimum renewal period of 1 year.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities.
• Understanding of sales strategies and inventory management techniques.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules as required.
