Rope Access Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execute blade repairs in accordance with established technical instructions, standards, and guidelines.

• Maintain strict adherence to all safety regulations, protocols, and industry standards.

• Prepare and deliver detailed repair reports and other necessary technical documentation.

• Ensure precise tracking and reporting of all working hours and project-related tasks.

• Operate and oversee company vehicles, including vans, when required.

• Conduct daily toolbox meetings with all relevant on-site technicians to promote alignment and safety.

• Engage in and follow up on project meetings both on-site and remotely (via Google Meet) in coordination with the back-office.

• Oversee delivery and shipping coordination, including control, registration, and approval of incoming goods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in the inspection and repair of wind turbine blades from various leading manufacturers.

• GWO Basic Safety Training certification.

• Possession of a valid medical certificate.

• Minimum of Blade B / Basic blade repair certificate.

• Driver’s license category B.

• Proficient English language skills are required.

• Must be a holder of a European Passport to apply.

• Certification in Personal Safety when Working with Epoxy and Isocyanates.

• IRATA Level 1, 2, or 3 certification.

• Vestas BTO/ESQ/LOTO 2 certification.

• Siemens Gamesa QEW/Easy Access certification.

• GE Easy Access/QEW certification.

• GWO BTT certification.
