Roofing Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Performing comprehensive inspections and determining the scope of work required for potential repairs or replacements.

• Identifying, locating, documenting, and advising on deficiencies and issues within the roof systems.

• Executing emergency repairs as necessary to meet customer needs.

• Providing a detailed scope of work for any additional repairs that may be required.

• Installing services and carrying out approved repairs as requested.

• Collaborating effectively with owners, customers, colleagues, managers, and inter-office staff.

• Must be flexible and able to adapt to frequently changing environments and workplaces.

• Completing all required daily documentation, including online service documents and timesheets.

• Travel may be necessary.

• Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with commercial roofing systems as outlined above.

• Physically capable of managing all aspects of roofing repairs.

• Adherence to all OSHA and other industry safety and compliance standards.

• Proficient computer skills are advantageous.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• An ideal candidate will possess experience with single-ply membranes, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, related sheet metal, and standing-seam/metal-panel roofing systems.

• Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.

• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

• Must possess personal tools relevant to the trade.
