Roofing Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Perform general inspections and determine the scope of work for potential repairs or replacements.

• Identify, locate, document, and provide advice on deficiencies and issues within roof systems.

• Execute emergency repairs as required to meet customer needs.

• Offer a comprehensive scope of work for any additional necessary repairs.

• Install services and carry out approved repairs as requested.

• Collaborate effectively with owners, customers, colleagues, managers, and inter-office personnel.

• Adaptable to ever-changing environments and work settings.

• Complete mandatory daily paperwork, including online service documents and timesheets.

• Some travel may be required.

• Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with commercial roof systems as outlined above.

• Physically capable of managing all aspects of roofing repairs.

• Adhere to all OSHA and other industry safety and compliance standards.

• Proficient computer skills are beneficial.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• The ideal candidate should have experience with single-ply membranes, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, roof-related sheet metal, and standing-seam/metal-panel roofing systems.

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

• Must pass drug screening and background checks.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

• Personal tools for the trade are required.
