Roofing Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Perform general inspections and assess the scope of work for potential repairs or replacements.

• Identify, locate, document, and provide recommendations on deficiencies and issues related to roof systems.

• Execute emergency repairs as necessary to meet customer demands.

• Deliver a comprehensive scope of work for any additional repairs required.

• Install services and carry out approved repairs as requested.

• Collaborate effectively with owners, customers, colleagues, managers, and inter-office staff.

• Must be flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments and changing conditions.

• Complete necessary daily documentation, including online service records and timesheets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with commercial roofing systems as outlined above.

• Physically able to manage all facets of roofing repairs.

• Adhere to OSHA and other industry standards for safety and compliance.

• Proficient computer skills are beneficial.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• The ideal candidate should have experience with single-ply membranes, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, roof-related sheet metal, and standing-seam/metal-panel roofing systems.

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

• Successfully pass drug screening and background checks.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is an advantage.

• Must have personal tools necessary for the trade.
