Roofing Service Technician, Assistant, and Helpers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Carrying out general inspections and assessing the scope of work for potential repairs or replacements.

• Identify, locate, document, and provide recommendations regarding roof system deficiencies and issues.

• Execute emergency repairs as necessary to meet customer requirements.

• Present a comprehensive scope of work for any additional repairs needed.

• Install services and carry out approved repairs as requested.

• Engage and collaborate effectively with owners, customers, co-workers, managers, and other personnel.

• Must be flexible and adapt to ever-changing environments and workplaces.

• Complete daily paperwork requirements, including online service documents, timesheets, etc.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with commercial roof systems as outlined above.

• Physically capable of managing all facets of roofing repairs.

• Adhere to all OSHA and other industry standards for safety and compliance.

• Proficient computer skills are advantageous.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• The ideal candidate should have experience with single-ply membranes, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, roof-related sheet metal, and standing-seam/metal-panel roofing systems.

• Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.

• Successfully pass drug screening and background checks.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is an advantage.

• Personal tools for the trade are required.
