ROI Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Evaluating records obtained by the ROI Account Manager to guarantee precision and adherence to the policies and procedures of MRO Clinics, along with state and federal regulations.

• Generating invoices for requests related to medical records in line with state and federal regulations, when required.

• Offering and documenting detailed and precise information on each file/chart processed, in accordance with the policies and procedures of MRO Clinics.

• Updating and managing an accurate Accounting of Disclosures for all activities and processes linked to medical record requests.

• Delivering exceptional customer service to patients and clients while safeguarding patient privacy.

• Managing high volumes of calls while upholding a high standard of service and professionalism.

• Achieving all set production and quality objectives while overseeing assigned accounts within the established turnaround time of MRO Clinics.
