Robotics Implementation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the deployment, optimization, and operational effectiveness of robotic cleaning solutions at customer locations.

• Manage comprehensive implementation processes from start to finish.

• Provide direct leadership and support to team members.

• Ensure technical precision and accuracy in all operations.

• Promote continuous improvement throughout the deployment process.

• Collaborate effectively with field operations, engineering teams, and customer stakeholders.

• Conduct remote and in-person training sessions for field teams.

• Monitor robot performance and promptly report any observations.

• Document key metrics and assist in the preparation of recap reports for leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with janitorial robotic devices such as scrubbers and floor cleaners.

• Must be fluent in Spanish and have experience leading and training multilingual teams.

• At least 3 years of management experience within a janitorial team.

• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and knowledge of cleaning protocols and equipment.

• Experience in managing or supporting cleaning operations.

• Strong observational and analytical capabilities.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to work.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Willingness to travel nationwide up to 60% of the time.
