Robotics Field Implementation Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with senior team members to ensure effective implementation, troubleshooting, and user training in robotics technology.

• Execute site deployment, configuration, and calibration of robotic systems on construction sites.

• Assist with pre-deployment tasks, including logistics coordination, safety planning, and project monitoring.

• Provide fundamental technical support on-site.

• Engage in and eventually lead training sessions for contractors.

• Gather field data and feedback to facilitate process enhancements and product development.

• Work alongside sales and account teams to enhance customer interactions.

• Keep precise records of deployments, issues, and their resolutions.

• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with both company and site regulations.

• Participate in continuous learning to build technical and operational proficiency in robotics solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, robotics, or a related field AND 1–2 years of experience in construction, technology deployment, robotics, or a related area; OR 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry with advanced hardware (total stations, robotics, drones, etc.), or in robotic training and deployments.

• Possess a valid driver’s license and be capable of safely operating a non-commercial box truck for transporting equipment and materials.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 15–20 days per month to customer locations, primarily construction sites, including work hours that may involve nights and weekends.

• Strong organizational and communication capabilities.

• Dependable, accountable, and proactive in resolving problems.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to professionalism.
