This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +4 more states.
• Execute Provider Programs and achieve operational performance outcomes.
• Implement, monitor, and continuously enhance program operational processes.
• Assess existing business processes and create sustainable, repeatable, and measurable improvements.
• Supervise the documentation, design, and execution of current and new Provider Programs processes.
• Gather and analyze data to suggest practices and procedures that enhance customer experience, ensure compliance, and boost efficiency.
• Lead and manage business process improvement initiatives, including comprehensive documentation and enhancement of cross-functional end-to-end lifecycles.
• Support, lead, and promote organizational initiatives, retrospective lessons learned, and opportunities for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure that process and procedure documentation is standardized and accurate across all programs.
• Develop, review, and approve educational materials and resources for the program.
• Support operational discipline, including the rollout, adoption, and continuous departmental review of enterprise support frameworks.
• Assist with financial management of Provider Programs, encompassing program administration, claims management, and departmental administrative costs.
• Over 5 years of experience in program delivery, operations, business process improvement, or similar operational roles.
• At least 2 years of experience in analyzing operational data and utilizing findings to recommend improvements in processes, compliance, customer experience, or efficiency.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in documenting, standardizing, or enhancing business processes across cross-functional teams or programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Familiarity with departmental finance activities and processes, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, reconciliation, and planning.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Experience in supporting financial management activities, including budgeting, expense tracking, claims management, reporting, or program administration.
• Experience in operational program management, business operations, or process execution within a matrixed or cross-functional environment.
• PMP certification or an equivalent project/program management credential is preferred.
• Knowledge of health care, managed care, provider programs, risk adjustment, or clinical documentation workflows.
• Strong analytical abilities, including data interpretation, trend identification, and converting insights into actionable business recommendations.
