Risk Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive business support focusing on risk management.

• Maintenance of existing regulations and tools, along with the development and implementation of new ones, including testing for modifications.

• Integration of scoring models into the decision-making framework.

• Execution of A/B testing: establishing criteria, sampling, and analyzing results.

• Evaluation of the loan portfolio, operational and risk metrics, as well as other indicators related to the credit process.

• Conducting ad-hoc analyses across various areas (marketing, collections, etc.) and presenting findings.

• Database management utilizing SQL.

• Identifying external data sources and service providers that could enhance the business from a risk management viewpoint.

• Drafting and revising internal documentation.

• Collaborating and providing support to other departments.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit risks for individuals (banking, microfinance, payday loans).

• Proficiency in handling large data volumes.

• Strong knowledge and practical application of SQL.

• Proficient in English at the Upper-intermediate level.
