Risk & Compliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Offer compliance advice and support tailored for businesses focusing on franchisees.

• Collaborate with the senior team to relay necessary adjustments in business practices to comply with regulatory standards.

• Foster and uphold strong relationships with franchisees.

• Assist franchisees with ad-hoc compliance inquiries.

• Review and approve marketing materials for franchisees.

• Monitor and ensure timely completion of regulatory filings.

• Implement risk and compliance training across the business.

• Aid in the integration of new businesses into the Group.

• Demonstrated experience in Risk and Compliance management within an insurance broking setting.

• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory obligations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Capability to establish and maintain relationships with franchisees.

• Background in providing compliance training and advice.
