• Instruct on essential skills related to risk assessment, risk management, regulatory compliance, due diligence, and policy analysis.

• Assist students in developing their abilities through ongoing, practical skill enhancement.

• Provide support for career development, including resume critiques, cover letter guidance, LinkedIn profile evaluation, and preparation for behavioral and technical interviews.

• Aid in salary negotiations, promotion strategies, and networking tactics.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure a high-quality, supportive experience for each student.

• Previous experience in coaching or mentoring roles.
