Risk Analyst, Global Resilience – Business Continuity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and pinpoint areas of potential risk

• Ensure a strong business continuity strategy is established for successful results

• Lead and perform thorough Business Impact Analysis (BIA) interviews across multiple departments

• Collaborate closely with business units to create, document, and uphold recovery plans

• Organize professional workshops and offer training sessions to inform stakeholders

• Work in partnership with technology teams to test and report on IT Disaster Recovery (IT DR)

• Design and execute risk-focused tabletop exercises

• Prepare comprehensive post-exercise reports and suggest actionable remediation strategies

• Exhibit a solid understanding of Global Resilience frameworks

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Certification in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) or an equivalent qualification

• Extensive knowledge of regulatory standards (DORA, OpRes)

• Familiarity with HIPAA, HiTrust, NIST, and ISO standards for operational resilience/business continuity

• Proficient user of Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

• Experience with cloud-based tools such as BCIC and Everbridge

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
