RFP Coordinator/Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manage and categorize all requests received in the RFP inbox, ensuring it remains at zero unread messages.

• Evaluate opportunities based on go/no-go criteria to determine viable pursuits.

• Facilitate proposal responses by coordinating with sales, leadership, and finance teams.

• Develop submission timelines and guarantee timely delivery.

• Compose clear, compelling, and compliant proposals.

• Complete necessary forms and documentation.

• Oversee procurement communications, addressing inquiries, addenda, and pending responses.

• Maintain updated template and boilerplate content within the document library.

• Handle FOIA/public-records requests in coordination with legal as necessary.

• Enhance demo-stage progression and win rates while minimizing disqualifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years experience in managing proposals, bids, or RFP responses, preferably in B2B, govtech, edtech, or public-sector environments.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools.

• Excellent writing skills to transform technical and cross-functional input into clear, persuasive, and compliant documentation.

• Exceptional organizational skills and strict adherence to deadlines; capable of managing multiple proposals concurrently without oversight.

• Ability to lead collaborative efforts across teams and hold individuals accountable for their commitments, including those outside of your direct reports.

• Strong judgment in evaluating opportunities.

• Familiarity with public procurement processes, government RFPs, and FOIA/public-records procedures is highly advantageous.

• Demonstrated high ownership and a low-ego approach.
