RFP Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Prepare, coordinate, and oversee bids, tenders, or proposals in response to RFPs or RFQs

• Ensure submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner

• Reconcile pricing and units of measure for the final presentation of documents

• Reach out to customers and vendors to gather information and address inquiries

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business, marketing, or sales-related fields

• 3–5 years of experience in bid or proposal management, sales, or procurement

• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word

• Significant experience working with RFPs and communicating with management at all levels
