REXX Developer – Z/OS, DB2, SQL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications utilizing **REXX** on IBM Mainframe.

• Design and provide support for **Broadcom OPS/MVS automation rules** aimed at system automation and monitoring.

• Collaborate with **z/OS** system components and resolve production issues.

• Create and optimize **DB2 SQL** queries, stored procedures, and database objects.

• Evaluate business requirements and deliver technical solutions.

• Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance tuning activities.

• Work closely with infrastructure and application teams to ensure system stability.

• Prepare technical documentation and assist with production deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of **5 years of experience** in **REXX programming**.

• In-depth knowledge of **Broadcom OPS/MVS** rule development and automation.

• Solid understanding of the **IBM z/OS** operating system.

• Practical experience in **DB2** database development.

• Strong proficiency in **SQL**.

• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues within Mainframe environments.
