This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Document the current marketing and sales operations processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Assist in optimizing processes related to campaign execution, lead management, and marketing operations.
• Identify areas for enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring process consistency.
• Aid in the cleanup, validation, and maintenance of CRM and systems data hygiene.
• Support the creation of reports and dashboards for monitoring go-to-market performance metrics.
• Analyze marketing and operational data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
• Help maintain process documentation and internal resources for enablement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate operational initiatives and various projects.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts within the go-to-market organization.
• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail along with strong organizational abilities.
• An analytical mindset with proficiency in working with spreadsheets and datasets.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in revenue operations, business systems, sales operations, or process enhancement.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and reporting tools is advantageous.
• Prior experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools is preferred.
