This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
β’ Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of promotional codes in Salesforce β from their creation to retirement, ensuring that each code is utilized within approved parameters, regularly audited, and does not lead to any revenue leakage.
β’ Keep standard pricebooks in Fullbay accurate and up to date, integrating product updates, new SKUs, and changes to pricing tiers so that all quotes and orders reflect the approved rates.
β’ Coordinate and implement the downsell workflow from initiation to system update: verify eligibility, secure necessary approvals, update subscription records, and ensure that downstream systems mirror the changes.
β’ Maintain a clear and organized audit trail.
β’ Uphold data integrity across CRM and billing systems by conducting regular reconciliation checks on subscription records, product configurations, and account data β identifying and resolving discrepancies before they impact reporting or invoicing.
β’ Construct and manage custom pricebooks for unique commercial agreements.
β’ Monitor ramping schedules (multi-year escalators, usage-based tiers, step-up pricing) ensuring timely execution and accurate record-keeping for each stage.
β’ Accurately process new customer orders in a timely manner, reviewing each deal for completeness, identifying missing data early, and collaborating with Sales to resolve issues prior to closing β facilitating a seamless transition from closed-won to onboarding.
β’ Adhere to and assist in enhancing Deal Desk SOPs.
β’ Escalate non-standard deals that require approval from RevOps or Finance.
β’ Maintain documentation standards and contribute to a scalable, low-friction deal process.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, ideally within Marketing, Sales, or Client Services.
β’ Proven experience in identifying process gaps and aiding in the enhancement of SOPs in a structured operational setting.
β’ Experience with performance metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
β’ Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and project management tools.
β’ Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
