Reverse Mortgage Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Generates high-quality loans that comply with Reverse Mortgage guidelines while offering exceptional customer service.

• Oversees personal pipeline production and meets established production targets.

• Addresses issues related to the closing and funding processes of loans.

• Adheres to the Company's standards for integrity, client focus, teamwork, and respect in every interaction.

• Demonstrates a noticeable sense of urgency in executing all job responsibilities.

• Achieves or surpasses the Customer Service delivery standards set by the Company.

• Executes additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in Reverse Mortgage Sales or a related Mortgage origination field.

• An active NMLS License is mandatory.

• Strong written communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proven proficiency in computer usage.

• Prior experience in a call center environment.

• Completion of reverse mortgage originator training is essential.

• Experience with automated Loan Origination Systems is preferred.

• Self-driven with outstanding customer service capabilities.

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Possesses a blend of technical and soft skills.
