This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with daily revenue operations across Salesforce and associated go-to-market (GTM) systems.
• Develop simple automations, organized templates, and repeatable processes to minimize manual tasks.
• Design and evaluate AI-driven workflows for account analysis, CRM updates, customer summaries, and pipeline insights.
• Assess AI-generated results for accuracy, clarity, and practicality.
• Contribute to maintaining precise and organized account, contact, opportunity, and customer information.
• Create and revise reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and operational views for GTM teams.
• Examine revenue data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and procedural challenges.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, and RevOps to enhance processes.
• Independently troubleshoot workflow issues, then escalate with clear context and a proposed solution.
• Convert business inquiries into clear analyses utilizing spreadsheets, CRM reports, SQL, or BI tools.
• Understand how revenue systems interconnect, and assist in making those connections more efficient and user-friendly.
• 0–2 years of experience in operations, data analysis, systems work, computer engineering, or a relevant internship or project.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with spreadsheets, structured data, and business metrics.
• A proactive self-starter who can clarify ambiguous problems, determine the next steps, and make independent progress.
• An engineering mentality: you deconstruct problems, test hypotheses, document decisions, and enhance the system.
• Exceptional attention to detail, enabling you to identify messy data, unclear transitions, and flawed processes.
• Excellent written communication skills, allowing you to articulate changes, their significance, and the subsequent actions required.
• Quick adaptability to learning new tools, particularly CRM, reporting, automation, and AI technologies.
• A builder's mindset, eager to transform repetitive tasks into more efficient workflows.
• Strong sense of ownership; you ensure follow-through, ask insightful questions, and escalate issues with context.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, enabling you to start with imperfect inputs and create structure as needed.
• Interest in AI-driven workflows, automation, and contemporary GTM systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
